The following release notes are for PCIT Version 12.3.1.1: Release Date: May 2022

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 12.3.1: Release Date: May 2022

PCIT Release 12.3.1 consisted of the following:

  • Updates to disable eLearning messages.
  • Updates to the 577 and 579 PDFs to indicate when a certificate was electronically exchanged.
  • Corrected an issue where the Federal replace charge ID was applied to certificates for Combine, even when the duty station is a state duty station.
  • Corrected an issue on View Processed Application Details, where after viewing attachments, sometimes the user is returned to Application Details.
  • Updates to add validation on attachment file names to prevent commas.
  • Correction to prevent the cancelled application user message from being created for historical records with deleted data.
  • Correction to not copy ACO notes or ACO comments when an applicant duplicates a returned application.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 12.3: Release Date: February 2022

PCIT Release 12.3 consisted of the following:

  • Update to use Pay.gov TCS Single Query web service for querying single transactions because the OCI query servlet was decommissioned.
  • Corrected code on the Print Wizard to ensure only qualified certificates are returned when searching for originals to print.
  • Update to the Replacement AD and Split AD text.
  • Update to the final validation on submission of a 579 application to require an attachment with the name Foreign Phytos.
  • Increased the total file size attachment limit to 100 MB and reduced the file size limit for 'Foreign Phytos' attachments to 3 MB.
  • Updates to Support pages and added new QRGs.
  • Maintenance updates.
  • Updated the AD Import tool to handle square brackets in Additional Declaration text.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 12.2: Release Date: February 2022

PCIT Release 12.2 consisted of the following:

  • Updates required by Pay.gov for retrieving ACH Activity files.
  • Corrected an issue where multiple ECert updates were made when Voiding a certificate.
  • Correction to require ACO selection when an ACO Admin is processing a phytosanitary certificate.
  • Added the State prefixes on the Manage AE Authorization - Authorized Duty Stations list.
  • Corrected buttons display after clicking the Printed button during processing of a phytosanitary certificate.
  • Corrected the title for the Plain Paper Printing Agreement screen.

PCIT Release 12.1 consisted of the following:

  • Removed the ability to create 578 applications and templates.
  • Updates to facilitate printing all federal phytosanitary certificates on plain paper.
  • Replaced the two Additional Declaration selections for Replacements with a single Additional Declaration selection.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 12.0.1: Release Date: November 2021

PCIT Release 12.0.1 consisted of the following:

  • Added an ACO apply to all feature on the Issued-Pending Processing Wizard Selection Page for previously printed certificate with no ACO.
  • Updated the workflow for Issued-Pending Processing. Now when a certificate is approved and not previously printed, the Print Page will automatically be displayed; the user no longer needs to select Print.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 12.0: Release Date: November 2021

PCIT Release 12.0 consisted of the following:

  • Optimized the searches on the View Incoming Certificates search page.
  • Added code to remove all members of a duty station when the duty station is deleted.
  • Added validation to the Commodity Origin Locality field to disallow numeric characters.
  • Correction to not copy ACO notes and comments during the Reuse process.
  • Correction to not copy archived attachments during the Reuse process.
  • Correction to prevent issues after changing the state/country fee while processing a state certificate.
  • Added sorting to the List of Assigned Certificates on the ECS Certificate Review Search page.
  • Correction to prevent an attachment record from being deleted from an application that was duplicated when the attachment has a valid link to a different application.
  • Correction to prevent a double click on the IP Processing - Insufficient Funds page.
  • Updated the Issued-Pending processing wizard to require ACO selection.
  • Updated certificate issuance to require ACO selection.

PCIT Release 11.1 consisted of the following:

  • Inspection date updates.
  • Correction to remove data specific to 579 when changing certificate type from 579 to 577 or a state certificate.
  • Updated contact information for the eAuthentication Help Desk.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 11.0: Release Date: August 2021

PCIT Release 11.0 consisted of the following:

  • Updates for the display of phytosanitary certificate information where historical data has deleted.
  • Removed the eLearning link from the left navigation menu.
  • Correction for issue where attachments were deleted from the original certificate when a replacement of that certificate was cancelled.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 10.1.3: Release Date: July 2021

PCIT Release 10.1.3 consisted of the following:

  • Correction for error when clicking the Printed button for a 579 certificate.
  • Added the progress status indicator to the Submit button for the Issued-Pending and Replacement wizards to prevent double clicking.
  • Correction for issue where reassigning an application to a different duty station does not reset the charge ID resulting in the incorrect charges displaying for selection during processing..
  • Correction for issue where Replace-Pending applications are expired too soon.

PCIT Release 10.1.2 consisted of the following:

  • Correction for issue where deleted inspections were still displaying.
  • Correction for issue where changing fees while processing an ACO initiated replace resulted in the finance management record not being updated.
  • Updated Processed Application Details screen to display the status of electronically exchanged certificates.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 10.1.1: Release Date: June 2021

PCIT Release 10.1.1 consisted of the following:

  • Correction to Print Wizard search query.
  • Correction to Pay.gov ACH transaction job run query.
  • Correction to code for creating eCert record when performing Issued-Pending batch processing.
  • Correction for Received column on Manage Processed Application not reflecting eCert updates.
  • Correction to query logic that sets the balance when reducing funds from an applicant account.
  • Correction for issue where multi-units were not displaying correctly for applications created with the Duplicate Application function.

PCIT Release 10.0 consisted of the following:

  • Upgrade of Java persistence API.
  • Corrected a defect which prevented the replacement of a 578 phytosanitary certificate.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 9.8: Release Date: March 2021

PCIT Release 9.8 consisted of the following:

  • Corrected a defect where the finance management record was not being updated with the transaction amount when processing an AE replacement for an eCert enabled country.
  • Added the ability to suppress the Inspection Date on phytosanitary certificates based on country when batch printing certificates.
  • Updated the External Viewer GUI to not show the inspection date when a country is configured to not print the inspection date on phytosanitary certificates.
  • Corrected a defect where the OCPA role could not be granted to a user with a null active account indicator.
  • Update to not display an error message when Unit Other is selected for a 578.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 9.7: Release Date: March 2021

PCIT Release 9.7 consisted of the following:

  • Removed Other as an option for Part for federal certificates.
  • Added the ability to suppress the Inspection Date on phytosanitary certificates based on country.
  • Removed the Inspection Date on phytosanitary certificates destined to Turkey.
  • Update to include only countries sending certificates to the US in the Issuing Country drop down box on the View Incoming Certificates screen.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 9.6: Release Date: February 2021

PCIT Release 9.6 consisted of the following:

  • Fix to prevent a QR code from being linked to more than one certificate.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 9.5: Release Date: January 2021

PCIT Release 9.5 consisted of the following:

  • Increased the timeout for Cognos report generation from 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Fix to ensure that when an applicant initiates a replace, an eCert record is created with a void status for the original certificate once the replacement is processed.
  • Fix to ensure that when an applicant who is an authorized entity initiates a replace, an eCert record is created for the replacement certificate once the replacement is processed.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 9.4: Release Date: October 2020

PCIT Release 9.4 consisted of the following:

  • Added the ability to view inspection regulatory action data from ARM.
  • Fix to not display the Add w/Varieties button when adding an ingredient to a mixed commodity.
  • Updated email addresses associated with application automated alerts.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 9.3.2: Release Date: September 2020

PCIT Release 9.3.2 consisted of the following:

  • Fixed an issue where Genus commodities (i.e., spp.) could be selected while creating an application.

PCIT Release 9.3.1 consisted of the following:

  • Added the ability for a PCIT Data admin user to select commodity transaction data for update.

  • Fix for an issue introduced in 9.3 which prevented users from processing or reusing certain certificates.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 9.3: Release Date: August 2020

PCIT Release 9.3 consisted of the following:

  • Enhanced Commodity Administration to enable adding varieties.
  • Enhanced Commodity Administration to be able to designate when a commodity can only be used for state phytosanitary certificates.
  • Added an external viewer for Agricultural Risk Management Plant Inspection Station users to view incoming certificate information via a link.
  • Added a column to View Incoming Certificates to display the status of the transmission to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) via the Agricultural Risk Management interface to CBP.
  • Added Transit Countries to the View Incoming Certificates/Certificate Information screen.
  • Fix to ensure that a country's ECert settings are not overwritten.

  • Removed Other as an option for Unit of Measure.
  • Removed Other as an option for Common Name.
  • Added an admin function to manage package type reference data.
  • Fix to ensure that the list of multiple units for a commodity are ordered correctly.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 9.1: Release Date: May 2020

PCIT Release 9.1 consisted of the following:

  • Added code to email certificate PDFs to designated countries.
  • Added an admin function to allow for designating countries to receive certificate PDFs via Email.
  • Updated State/County Fee Participation Contact Information page for Utah.

The following release notes are for PCIT Version 9.0: Release Date: April 2020

PCIT Release 9.0 consisted of the following:

  • Added the State Certificate for Louisiana.
  • Added the State Certificate for Maryland.
  • Updated the Harmful Organism Selection Tool to freeze the column headers when scrolling through data rows.
  • Increased the size of the Consignee State/Territory/Province field.
  • Added Missouri contact information to the State/County Fee Participation Contact Information screen.

  • Added code to ensure the consignee country is correct for ecertification records.

PCIT Release 8.7.3 consisted of the following:

  • Added code to ensure that the list of multiple units for a commodity are ordered correctly.
  • Increased the size of the NNC Shipment Value field to 8 digits before the decimal point.

  • Added logic to prevent splitting a certificate when Other has been used for Unit of Measure.
  • Added logic to prevent inactive commodities being displayed as ingredients.

PCIT Release 8.6.4 consisted of the following:

  • XML wrapping style is being applied while opening the XML in a browser window from the incoming certificate search list table.
  • Added a feature to allow XML to be downloaded for the incoming phytos on "View Incoming Certificate" search results page.
  • This release also includes some additional changes needed for ECERT 3.1 release.

PCIT Release 8.6.2 consisted of the following:

  • Added "All" to NNC Incident Search Country dropdown list.

  • Updated the 578 format displayed in the PCIT Certificate Veiwer by moving the logo to the upper right corner and changing the watermark to "Certified Copy".

PCIT Release 7.1.2 consisted of the following:

  • Fix to display VOID watermark for voided certificates from PCIT External certificate viewer.
  • Fix to make sure the NNC incident record for a PCIT certificate does not include deleted commodities.
  • Fix to avoid the text null being appended to the commodity name in a non-PCIT certificate NNC incident record.
  • Fix to retrieve the correct destination country of a PCIT certificate for its corresponding NNC incident record.

PCIT Release 7.1.1 consisted of the following:

  • Added an "Annual Security Training Course" option to the ACO Training Data dropdown.
  • Updated the external certificate viewer to show Voided Certificates.
  • Enabled FRO users to be able to view the Issued Pending Report.
  • Added a tracking number search option for internal user view application search criteria.
  • Updated the Nebraska state certificate title block and footer.
  • Updated the PCIT/PExD interface when there are no ADs found.
  • Added an "Accredited Entity" option to the Inspector name drop-down list in inspection detail screen.
  • Updated the Manage Org functionality to default the Include Subordinates checkbox to "on" on the Manage Your Organization screen.
  • Updated the Original Certificate Print Authorization agreement text to include 578 certificates.
  • Added a state selection dropdown to the ECS certificate review optional search criteria and its corresponding report criteria screen.
  • Added 2 new dropdown values for NNC attachment screen and increased the file upload size limit from 5MB to 10MB.
  • Updated the Export Certification Specialist link in PCIT Support page.
  • Removed the extra parenthesis in Applicant Name under PCIT Administration Application Details screen.

PCIT Release 7.1 consisted of the following:

  • Added a new functionality to enable ECS to review certificates assigned randomly every month by PCIT job and provided 2 reports for the same.
