Outages and Maintenance

While the goal of PCIT is to maintain 24x7 availability, outages are necessary at times to facilitate security patches, system maintenance and system enhancements. Routine security patching and system maintenance are scheduled once a month on a Sunday morning between 0600-1000 Eastern Time. You will see a message on the What's New tab on the PCIT Home page when monthly patching and maintenance is scheduled.

System enhancements are typically released on weekdays from 2200-2300 Eastern Time. When a system enhancement is scheduled, you will see a message on the What's New tab on the PCIT Home page with the release date and time.
