Sign up for the New APHIS Stakeholder Registry to receive PCIT/PExD content information and operating status updates!

• Click on the red envelope icon posted throughout the plant health pages on the APHIS Web site at http://www.aphis.usda.gov/plant_health/index.shtml.

1. Select Email as your Subscription Type, enter your email address, and then click the 'Submit' button.
2. Confirm your email address, select your email delivery preference, and enter an optional password (if desired) and then click the 'Submit' button.
3. Select your topics of interest and click the 'Submit' button. To ensure you receive notice of updated content and operating status of PCIT/PExD, do the following before submitting:
   • Click the + sign in front of Electronic Databases - System Status to expand the selection.
   • Then click the checkbox in front of Phytosanitary Certificate Issuance and Tracking System (PCIT) to select it.
4. A confirmation message will note that your subscriptions have been updated. To help PPQ send information of interest to you, please answer the optional questions listed and click the 'Submit' button.

1. Select SMS/Text Message as your Subscription Type, enter your wireless number, and then click the 'Submit' button.
2. Confirm your wireless number and enter an optional password (if desired) and then click the 'Submit' button.
3. Click the 'Add Subscriptions' link.
4. Select your topics of interest and click the 'Submit' button. To ensure you receive notice of updated content and operating status of PCIT/PExD, do the following before submitting:

2. Select the Subscription Type and enter the email address or wireless phone number that you signed up with. Then click the 'Submit' button.
3. If logging in with a wireless number, you will automatically be directed to the Subscriber Preferences page. If logging in with an email address, click on the 'subscriber preferences' link listed before the topics of interest.
4. To delete existing subscriptions, click on the subscription's corresponding checkbox and click the 'Submit' button.
5. To add new subscriptions, click the 'Add Subscriptions' link, select your topics of interest, and click the 'Submit' button.
6. To delete your account, click the 'Delete my account' link.
